We are flexible with each individual schedules and work to accommodate them as best we can. Just like our customers we approach each employee from a personal level in order to create a family like atmosphere. Our hourly and salary rates are very competitive and we compensate above the market standard. There are other benefits that the company provides and we can discuss those on a one to one basis.
In return and simply put we expect 110% from each employee.
