I have been working with John for almost 3 years since our office expanded into lower Fairfield County area. John handles one of our most prestigious accounts: Stepping Stones Condominium in New Canaan. This particular parcel (of which the main building was built in 1926) is on a fairly huge piece of land and many of its plantings and trees are very costly as well as unusual to maintain.

    John and his staff have always done an excellent job in maintaining this property on behalf of the association as well as the Management Company. I find John to be very organized, extremely well tempered (which isn’t always easy in his business), efficient and responsive.
